\n CHRISTOPHE GU\u00c9RIN <\/h2>\n

Christophe Gu\u00e9rin, born in 1960, is an aficionado of art in all its forms; he is also an admirer of fine mechanisms and a music lover. After graduating from the Janson de Sailly high school, he studied economic science at the University of Paris II. He went on to attend the Neuch\u00e2tel Technicum, considered the world\u2019s best school of horology at the time.<\/p>\n

Upon completing his training, he found he had not only obtained the best degrees in clockmaking, he had also absorbed Swiss exactness and precision as philosophies of life. When he took over La Pendulerie in 1985, he acquired his true profession, as a specialist in antique horology. He has run the gallery ever since then, with joy, enthusiasm, and unflagging determination.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n ST\u00c9PHANE GAGNON <\/h2>\n
\n Expert Horologist <\/div>\n
\n

After obtaining his degree from the Morteau School of Horology in 1978, St\u00e9phane Gagnon travelled throughout France for a decade, finding employment in several watch and jewellery workshops. Settling in Paris, he became interested in antique clocks. In 1989 he joined the team of La Pendulerie and was trained in traditional clock restoration techniques by Christian Poyer, one of the founders of the original shop in the rue de Miromesnil.<\/p>\n

Becoming director of the workshop after Mr Poyer\u2019s retirement, St\u00e9phane shares the gallery\u2019s responsibilities with Christophe Gu\u00e9rin. An Expert in the restoration and repair of 18th and 19th century clocks with the Compagnie Nationale des Experts, St\u00e9phane works for important collectors in France and abroad, as well as for embassies and museums. He enjoys sharing his love of antique clocks with collectors and connoisseurs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n EDOUARD GU\u00c9RIN <\/h2>\n
\n Gallery Director <\/div>\n
\n

Born in 1988, Edouard Gu\u00e9rin, the son of Christophe Gu\u00e9rin, \u00a0pursued secondary studies in England. After several professional experiences in sales and advertising, Edouard joined the family firm.<\/p>\n

In charge of marketing and organisational development, he brings with him a fresh and contemporary point of view. He will be a vital member of the sales team of the future Rive Gauche boutique.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n BERTRAND BOURDON <\/h2>\n
\n Horologist <\/div>\n
\n

Born in 1990, he discovered the art of horology – and his passion for repairing antique clocks – during an internship at the Atelier d’Horlogerie Ancienne in Paris\u2019s 3rd arrondissement.<\/p>\n

In 2009 after receiving his CAP degree in horology, he began working at the Atelier d\u2019Horlogerie Ancienne, where he received further training and specialized in restoring antique clocks.<\/p>\n

After 11 years at the Atelier, he has joined the team of La Pendulerie, where he will be able to perfect new techniques and devote himself to his specialization in exceptional antique clocks.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
